I want to remove or untether my work iPhone from my iCloud account

I have a personal iPad and iPhone and a work iPhone. Initially, I needed my personal and work phones to be linked but now I need them to be separated. How do I separate my "work" iPhone from my personal account?

Sign out of your iCloud account on the work phone.
