Account Trouble
When I click on my account icon, all my screen shows is this (attached photo). Why does it not have any of the friend settings and what not?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re not seeing your all the info you expect for your Apple Music account. We’ll be happy to help.
Do you have any restrictions in Screen Time enabled on your iPhone? If so, turn those off and see if that has any impact on this.
If that doesn’t help, click on “View Apple ID” from the Profile in Music and make sure it shows the right account.
Restart your iPhone as well and see if the issue continues:
