Outlook Mac
Does anybody know how to change the signature within Outlook message window using the mouse click? With Windows, it is "right mouse click and change", but what is the magic with mac outlook?

I don't see a keyboard or other type of shortcut for this. The only "quick" way is when you're composing a new message or replying is to choose a preset signature from the menu bar. Whatever is currently in your message will change to the newly chosen version.
Here I can choose either Standard or Me.

I don't have Outlook, but does Option key + click work?

Search the Help Menu:
Look in the Help menu on Microsoft Office, and see what it reads in there. If an option, it would likely pop up.
If needed, another place to ask is the forum devoted entirely to this app
