I’m experiencing stuttery and laggy movies on Netflix and Prime Video and several other streaming services on my iphone 12 pro… does anyone have any similar experience and does anyone have the solution??

Have you already tried a "forced" restart of your 12Pro, using these instructions?:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
Most likely, your Wifi Network speed is not so good for streaming HD / or 4K videos.

Same here. I’m using 5g, minimum download speed is 130mbps on village area, and on city area it’s around 200mbps. Still the video FPS drops from 60 to 20 on stretched mode. And without stretching it falls down to 30.

I just contacted Netflix support live chat, they tried to continue the chat but I forcefully ended after 1.5h, and my Netflix is smooth now.
Any update on this issue? I am having the same issue with netflix frame drop. Minor glitch but noticeable.
I just bought this new iphone 12 with 5G connectivity. If there are no updates, possible to change with a new one?

Let me know if you have stutter again.. Because the laggy or frame drop doesnt always happen, only in sometime it happens.. I have tried wifi, non wifi, and please dont tell me its a connection issue, I have 1gbps wifi speed and around 200-400 mbps upload/download.. Also 5g connection network in my area..
Can you specifically tell me how to fix this with netflix support? What can they do in order for your iphone to not having the frame drop? Thanks
I don’t think so that’s the case… Netflix is perfect on my laptop and tv and other devices…
I did.. didn’t work… also the video quality is worse when the brightness is at 100%
