Apple ID won’t log in even after I have changed it.

Hi, my Apple ID won’t let me log into Apple stor to download things. I’m logged in in general Apple ID just not on the App Store. I got blocked from it so have changed my password about 20 times and it still won’t let me unblock my account

iPhone 11, iOS 14
