It is not stored in your personal iCloud space. iCloud is a personal cloud services system and has nothing to do with apps from the App Store.

Apps live in the App Store, which is a cloud based store (not iCloud). You cannot delete anything from your purchase history in the App Store. You can hide purchases, but not delete them.
