I own an iphone xr the problem is my wifi connects and goes offline… and this happens oftenly… i’m tired of this…. what should i do?…

My wifi keep’s on connecting and going off….

Hi anosh208,

We understand you're able to connect to your Wi-Fi router but unable to get an internet connection. Does this happen on any other device? If so, the issue may be with your internet provider and we recommend contacting them for assistance.

If it is only happening on your device, follow the steps in this article to start: If your iPhone won't connect to a Wi-Fi network.

Some Wi-Fi connections require an additional sign-in. If you're using a public network, you may need to enter some information under Settings > Wi-Fi > Network Name (info button), or by attempting to navigate to a website on Safari.
