Updated logic board
I have upgraded my 2011 MacBook Pro, and it stops at high Sierra, but if I upgrade the logic board to have higher cpu, (ram already upgraded) can I get a later version of Mac OS?

The next operating system after High Sierra is Mojave. Here are the hardware requirements for Mojave:

Not if it is a 2011 logic board. Be specific. If I update the logic board provides no details or context.
I have not done this, but with what little I know it seems that with the latest A1278 Mobo, it might go higher...

Thanks for the reply, but if I upgrade my logic board to a later version, like a 2.7 GHz processor, can I upgrade my mac os past high sierra, and if so, any recommendations?
