cant get emails

My wife got tricked by a Microsoft email to change her AOL (i know, AOL is old)password to a microsoft password. Now she can only access her emails on a PC but not her iPhone or iPad. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

I would sign out of the new account, restart the phone, and then sign in to the account you now want.
