Setting up family share on my Apple credit card

I’m following the instructions that are on the web site for Apple but it says to touch the part where it says people in that part doesn’t exist under my credit card app

iPhone SE, iOS 14

You need to update your iPhone to iOS 14.6.

That was it, I didn’t even think of updating, I didn’t know there was another update but it works now thanks for your help
