Hi SkyDiverFox,
Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We appreciate you reaching out for help with your iPad, and are glad to point you in the right direction.
As the touch display isn't working, you may have luck controlling your iPad using Voice Control, if it is updated to iOS 13 or later. Voice Control lets you issue voice commands to your iPad to control navigation without touching the display.
The following guide has more information:
Use Voice Control to interact with iPad - Apple Support
You'll want to refer to the instructions under the section titled, "Turn Voice Control on or off" to enable this feature.
If you're able to use Voice Control and have an Apple TV, you may be able to use Screen Mirroring to see the full iPad display on your TV, and then navigate as needed to save your artwork.
For example, you may be able to say "Turn on Voice Control," to enable Voice Control, then "Show Control Center" > "Tap Screen Mirroring" > then "Tap" and the name of any available Apple TV that shows up here.
If you're able to see your full display using Screen Mirroring, you can consider options to share your artwork, and back up your iPad data.
If you're unable to use Voice Control, don't have an Apple TV to use with Screen Mirroring, or are ready to discuss service options, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly at that point via the following link:
