Tracing a jpg

Hello there

Would appreciate some guidance on the following scenario:

Ability to import/open a jpg, draw/trace some parts of the image using a pencil, save the image such that original jpg does not show up. Therefore only the drawn/traced lines would show on the saved image.

Is this possible with any of the preloaded apps on an iPad? If yes, which model?

If not, then is there an app that can be purchased that would allow a user to do the above?
