workout data from watch not syncing to health

have watch4 and latest os for iphone too. watch registers data in workout, but not in health even though the watch is a valid source. privacy/tracking checked. now what?

In the Health app however under my profile > privacy > devices > Apple Watch - it doesn’t mentioned sleep tracking at all but everything else is there. Heart Rate/Cardio Recovery Heart Rate/Cardio Recovery is not showing data after a workout on watch, workout app or health app. Anyone else having this issue? I’m on WatchOS9 and IOS16.

Restart both the Apple Watch and iPhone to help trigger a sync between devices.

Re-pair the Apple Watch to the iPhone to fix any persistent syncing issues.
