music sharing in family sharing won't turn on

I'm set up as the organizer for family sharing and have followed the directions online to share my music with my child. The library is still blank though. How do I fix this?

You should be able to share music you BOUGHT from the iTunes Store.

The other suggestion I have is that you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your devices, then turning it back on again. Learn how.
