Simple checklist app that records completion (checked) date?

I really appreciate and use the checklist feature in iOS/Mac OS Notes as it is simpler to just hit CR to enter a new TTD. What I am seeking thought is something similarly simple that notes the date of completion. Reminders does not do this (to my knowledge) I've used several organization apps over the years, some are better for projects& organization, others for alerts and reminders. I'd like just a simple checklist - similar to one you'd write on a piece of paper, but would like it if the app recorded the date (and maybe time) I checked the task complete.

Does anyone know of any iOS apps they could recommend that would do this?
