Night Mode

Do they plan on making a setting to permanently disable night mode? It shuts off the flash and takes too long some times to take the shot. Plus when it does shut off the flash it takes a crappy shot due to very low light conditions. Just got this phone and already ready to return it for a refund.

iPhone 12, iOS 14

We are all users on this user to user only forum. No one here works for Apple or has any knowledge of future releases.

My guess would be no. They do offer the ability to turn off night mode and use flash photography on a photo by photo basis.

Personally, I LOVE Night Mode. I know it will take a great photo if I hold the camera very still for the duration shown at the time I tap the shutter release. If you are not getting good results, perhaps you are not holding the camera very still for the duration?
