Can you have users on HomePod who have different languages on their iPhone? For example, I have English, but my Fiancée has her iPhone language and Siri in French.
I don't think so. The language setting is set for the HomePod as a whole, not the user.

See Share control of your home - Apple Support. I think they'd have to speak to Siri in English since that is what you have set up. Not sure how/if they will be able to access Apple Music/purchases if their Apple ID is signed into a different store from you. Only way to know for sure is to try and see what happens.

Thank you @turingtest2. That was kind of my thought. So to integrate find my iPhone and everything for a second user, they have to change the language correct?
