Free subscription of apple tv+

I have purchased the apple macbook pro 16 inch on the mid of October 2020, by that time i didn't knew that if there is any free plan regarding apple tv+ for 1 year, although i had opened apple tv+ app frequently but i couldn't see that plan,neither any notification to claim it under 90 days of purchase.

But as of last month when i updated my mac and checked for apple tv + in safari it showed to check eligibility for 1 year free plan.

I checked but it showed me,7 days free trial..

I don't think it's my fault to not know that i had got a free subscription for 1 year, but that's apple communities fault as they should provide new users with notifications of different plans along with expiry dates..

With humble request

I a trustworthy customer of apple

I demand you to give me 1 year free apple tv+ , so that i could also take the benefit of being a family member of apple.
