Malware warning attached to calendar

Hi I keep greeting a malware warning on my calendar. I have changed my Apple password updated and deleted the calendar app. Nothing has worked I still keep getting warnings which I know are a scam. I use my calendar so I need to have the app on my phone. Any ideas what else I can do please.
