GarageBand

why is there no feature as basic as Searching a Track name in GarageBand ? Every single app has the most basic feature to search ! Even command F opens up a search box in every app.

But apps like GarageBand and logic dont have a search feature. And that is really Astonishing!

i have 45 songs in GarageBand and I need to lookup the tea Mack name by typing and not endlessly scrolling!

can anyone suggest what to do?

Thank you for replying.

i love singing and since my mic is going through GarageBand with all the effects,

I thought it’s ok to like up my tracks there too and play then and sing while I broadcast Live to Facebook and other sites.

there are two problems. This session of GB takes 20 seconds to open up on my imac quad core 27 inch 5K with 24 GB RAM and with a 1 TB SSD and 300 GB of free space.

secondly I can’t search songs and have to manually search them.

any suggestions of using another app ? May be kid the nusic folder itself ? Even that the search doesn’t really work that well !
