I connected my iPad to a thunderbolt dock which is the firecuda dock from seagate.
After I plug the dock in the audio output is only on usb audio codec but no choice to output the sound from ipad audio itself.
Any method to fix this?

As the FireCuda Gaming Dock seems to be for use with a PC, you may want to contact Seagate to determine if it is compatible with use with an iPad. Here is a link to their website and support information:

This article did not solve my problem, it only described what devices are accepted by ipad but does not solve the problem I described which is audio cannot be played from the ipad speaker after connected to the dock.
Here is the options of audio output after I connected to a dock, you can see there is no ipad option
