AirPods mic is not functioning at all

Hi, good day! I,m Jan Jeffrey G., residing here in Japan. Inquiring about these airpods that I'm using. it's no longer working, mic is not functioning at all. I bought this from Amazon.jp. May I ask is this possible to replace or atleast repair.
