Subscription

Hi, I recently subscribed to paramount+ but the location where my subscriptions is supposed to be in my Apple ID is non existent making it impossible to unsubscribe please help.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Purchases - Subscriptions not billed through Apple

Purchases - the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

Did you subscribe through the Paramount App on an Apple device? Or through the Apple TV App?

If you subscribed directly through Paramount's website or through their App on a non Apple device, the subscription would not be tied to your Apple ID. So would not appear there.
