No e-mail at mail.me
I get a Time-Out message for server '63-impa.mail.me.com' at the 'standard ports'.
So: no e-mail.
Is something broken anywhere?

It sounds as though you're having issues receiving email. Apple Support Communities is a great place for help! To clarify a bit further are you having issues checking your iCloud emails? If so, are you having issues via the Mail app on a Mac, iPhone, another Apple device, or via the iCloud website?
If you're having issues via the iCloud website there was an outage that Apple is reporting as resolved. You can view this information via the System Status website. If you're still having issues viewing your email refresh the website. If you still have issues close and reopen the web browser, then try again. Let us know how that goes.
