Accessible email address book

Hello, I am hoping this is very simple! I am a bit of a Luddite, as the name suggests...

I need to be able to email several people at once for work. Not email my whole address book, but groups within it.

Ideally I would be able to open an address book and move down it clicking on the people I want to send the email to, or on groups, or click on 'Send to All' if I did want to do that.

At the moment I have to go to a handwritten list in my address book and then type each address in by hand, which I realise is ridiculous in this day and age.

Please can someone take pity on me? thanks! And am I posting in the right Topic?
