Restore full security to my MacBook Pro

I was trying to start from an external disk. I was having trouble, so I used the Startup Security Utility and chose no security. Now, I can't change it to Full Security-- message says I have to download something?

Startup Security Utility Hi there, just got a new MacBook Pro 14inch with the M1pro. I want to allow ''user management of kernel extensions from identified developers'' in ''Security & Privacy'' But I just can't find a way to do it. Here's what I do : 1. Shut down the Mac 2. How do i access startup security utilty on my MacBook Air 2020? I can't figure out how to get back to the utility security to change my settings? Anyone know how to do it?

Thanks for trying, but this article didn't give me any way to solve the problem. I called Apple Support, and a representative was able to help me.
