why isn’t my Instagram reset password link not coming to my email. I’ve sent a link more than 10x I’m not understanding why my emails are not being sent.

Check your junk email folder.
log into iCloud and check your email there. If you don’t see it check with Whatapp and be sure they have the correct email account.

Because my emails are not getting sent what you mean why is it a Apple issue
