M1 MacBook Pro touchbar freezing

When will Apple fix this issue? I believe others using intel macs have encountered it too and now it persists on the M1 MacBook Pro as well, My advice please get rid of the touchbar Apple or we shouldn't don't buy MBP's cause it is annoying when this happens. The M1 air and mini perform too well and cost less, what's the point in paying more when the pro devices that cost a fortune have such issues?

I hate it when my touchbar freezes as my mac doesn't even have function keys.
