cellular data failure

I updated my iphone 7 to ios 14.6 and now it won't work with cellular data.

We see that you're unable to connect to cellular data on your iPhone 7 after a recent update, and we'd like to see how we can help with this.


We'd first recommend checking to make sure that Low Data Mode isn't enabled to see if that may be what is blocking the data from working for you. For assistance with checking this setting, take a look at the steps of the following resource:


Use Low Data Mode on your iPhone and iPad


Once you have confirmed that setting isn't enabled, we'd then recommend checking for a carrier settings update as you recently updated to iOS 14.6. If you're unsure of how to check for this, take a look here:


Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad


If neither of these resources help with what you're experiencing, could you let us know if you're still able to make calls at all?
