iPhone 12 battery health drop

I bought an iPhone 12 on November 2nd 2020 after owning it for a few months the battery health dropped to 99% on 18th may 2021 and on 21 may 2021 it was at 98% and today I saw it is now at 97% can someone please help me I am really worried and don’t have a high screen time
