Can’t connect to network in Mozambique

I updated my iOS software whilst in a hotel in Mozambique a few days ago over the hotel WiFi now I can’t access my EE network at all. EE has assured me that my roaming is activated and I should be able to connect to the local network here which is MOZ-mCel, but when I try to connect nothing happens. When I arrived in Mozambique over a week ago my phone was connected to the above network, but since updating my software it won’t let me connect now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14
