1 year app subscription not working but can't cancel
I purchased a 1 year subscription to an app in January but it's not working properly. I have emailed the app support a number of times but not had a reply to any of my emails. Now when I try to request a refund in Apple Support it says I'm not eligible. How can I explain the situation to Apple and request a refund? Surely I don't have to accept that I pay for a year if it's not working as it should.
