I need help for this card I bought there suppost to have 500.00 in this card and when my nice was going to use it there was no money
Do you have a receipt showing the purchase ?
The Apple Gift Card must be activated at the point of purchase (cash register) and the merchant will report to Apple that it is paid for.
Also, the gift card must be used in the same country (can not send it to another country).
