Face ID not available on iPhone 11

Today my Face ID stopped working so I tried to make a alternative one and it kept showing me a error that the Face ID was not available so then I deleted my old one and tried to remake it and the same error pooped up so lastly I updated my phone to the newest IOS and tried one last time to fix it and it still shows the same error.
