Text wont go through to contact.

I suddenly started having trouble sending text messages to a business associate. We have had text communication for years and now all of a sudden he doesnt receive texts from me.. from either of my phones. He is on Verizon (Android) and I have an iPhone 7+ from Verizon and an iPhone 11 from AT&T. The messages show going through to him but he doesnt recieve them. I receive texts from him not problem. Can anyone help with this issue? TIA..

Have you tried both the SIMs? (eSIM and Physical?)

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
