I bought a second hand ipad mini 1 @ ios 9.3.5 and im unable to unlock it, i dont have contact to previous owner, any ideas to fix it up? or do anything with it? any kind of hardware or software changes will fix this? or do i have to run checkra1n on windows (which i can't because i have legacy bios) any ideas? i cant use checkra1n

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
