Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...

Dear SravanKrA Sir,

thanks for your suggestions. I did so many time like you suggested. Again comes the message on screen (Swipe up to unlock) an sound saying the same. Again come Slide to power off.

You know, I remember when I was setting in Accessibility Mode, then this problem occurs.
