iAccounts app on iPad gone…
It appears the iAccounts app has it been updated and I cannot open. I hadn’t updated or backed up recently so how can I retrieve the data? There was no warning ….I need the passwords, etc. Help!

Same thing just got me! I don't think the app has been updated, but Apple has updated ios, and now the app doesnt work with the current ios because it has not yet been updated to match. It looks like Venti Cento Studios is no more. The only option I can think of to get back in is to downgrade the version of ios, but the methods I have discovered are either:
via iTunes, in which case it appears that will wipe all the data, so not really going to help get data back from the app
via another app, but then you have to trust the app developer, so worth doing some research before putting your trust in anyone.
I think mine was working with ios13.6, but is now dead on ios14.6.
I am extremely lucky, as I did a backup last week, printed the email it generates and then deleted the email (and deleted it from my deleted mails folder), so I at least have a hard copy of the information.
I hate that ios doesn't support backward compatibility; this is increasingly like Microsoft from 20 years ago, no longer the "it just works" brand it used to be. Its not like it would be too hard to notify us if there are apps installed that might not have been updated for some time, or might not work with the new OS features (which do not even give me anything I want any more - but I have to have them to keep other things working).
the developer seems to be somebody called Venticento Studio http://www.venticentostudio.it/
their domain (website) is dead
this site says 4 years since last update
