I ordered a new iMac but I saw that the keyboard that came with it was qwerty. I live in Belgium and I ordered a Dutch keyboard so I was expecting it to be azerty. Is it possible to exchange this keyboard? Also I forgot to select trackpad at checkout is this still changeable?
Call AppleCare and explain the issue to them. I"m assuming you bought the computer and keyboard directly from Apple. If you bought it from a reseller then you need to deal with the reseller directly.

Azerty is only used in French speaking countries. I am puzzled that you would expect a Dutch keyboard to use that layout.
