How can I setup an ALARM on the iPhone to go off a particular date? For instance, if today is May 28th 2021 and i want to setup a loud alarm to go off on June 6th 2021, is there a way to do this?
Is there an app for that?

Do it in Calendar.
I already tried that, but I cannot find a way to have CALENDAR sound a load alarm. Just like on the ALARM feature of the iOS CLOCK app.
Where in CALENDAR did you get this to work with a loud alarm? Where can I find this?

You can't even pick an alarm sound in calendar but I have never had a problem hearing it. You could look for a 3rd party app.
