Apple Watch bluetooth interference

I have a macbook, iphone, mac wireless mouse, mac wireless keyboard and my apple watch in my office. My apple watch (in the past three months) has not been receiving notifications (my iphone still does). Once I leave my office (and bring my laptop, iphone and watch) the notifications work. I don't understand why this wasn't an issue before March 2021, but now it is. Same devices, just new software.
