Low sound and static when recording live from my iPhone XR
What could suddenly have caused the sound on my phone to sound low and have static when I'm recording live video?

We’ll be happy to look into this with you. You didn’t mention which iOS version is installed, but the latest is iOS 14.6.
Have you seen this article, If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker?
Are you able to view your videos on another device? If so, do you still hear the same audio issue?
