Siri doesn't respond with my questions on HomePod and always responds with "I found some web result."

First, which version of the iOS software do you currently have installed on your iPhone? You can find this in Settings > General > About. What about your HomePod mini, is the software for that up-to-date? If not, here's how to Update HomePod.

Thank you for clarifying. We can understand your concerns, considering the same behavior does not follow on the iPad. What about if you ask Siri from the iPhone directly not using the HomePod mini? Does it bring up the same results, or does the problem only happen when connected to the HomePod?

Also, on the iPhone itself, check the following settings. First, go to Settings > Siri & Search, and make sure that both Listen for "Hey Siri" and Allow Siri When Locked are enabled. Next, look over and Change HomePod settings as needed.

I asked my HomePod mini and it gave me the answer “according to Wikipedia …. “. It’s possible when you asked it was unable to connect to the server. Try it again.
