macOS 11.4 Music AirPlay Plays count not increasing

Hi everyone,

Since the update to Big Sur 11.4 (from 11.3), I observed a discrepancy of behaviour listening to Music regarding to the output.

Listening to music via local speaker/speakers attached to port, everything works fine, Plays count is increased and in the info, last played timestamp is correctly set.

However switching to AirPlay Speakers (have some speakers attached to an AirPort Express), Plays count is not increased and also last played timestamp is not updated.

It's like the song has never been played in the library.

The only workaround for now, which is quite cumbersome, is to use the computer output in Music and the AirPlay Speakers for the Mac output. This results in time delays and, more annoyingly, you hear all other notification sounds...

Any other idea how to fix this, since it either disturbs the music experience, or messes up my Library/Playlists.
