Macbook Pro 13" 2017, Sleeping randomly and not waking until plugged in

Ok this has been an ongoing issue for months now. I have had countless support calls, hours of them. A genius appointment and new logic board. I have jumped through every Apple hoop and reset and reinstalled everything.

The Macbook sleeps when I'm working on it and wont wake until I plug it in. This happens when the battery is almost full, half full or low. There is no common trait. Not fit for purpose.

I've seen this question before but no real answers. I have started a consumer law claim to get a replacement as this has to be a hardware fault. FRUSTRATED!

It is also not part of the recall.

This is less of a question unless anyone has a thought, but more of a statement incase anyone else has suffered the same problem.

Thanks,

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.2
