We see that you're unable to reset your AirPods Pro, and we'd like to see how we can help with this.
As you're seeing that the Charging Case is indicating that it is connected to a charger, this is a good sign that the case is responding. We'd recommend confirming that there isn't any debris in the bottom of the case to see if the connection to your AirPods is being blocked which may be preventing the reset from occurring. Once you've confirmed that there isn't any debris within the Charging Case, use the steps in the following resource for assistance with completing the reset.
