RuziGG,
We appreciate that additional information.
Next, go ahead and follow these steps:
- Open Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Assistive Touch
- Turn Assistive Touch On
- Open an application that utilizes device rotation (Such as Safari or Camera)
- Tap the Assistive Touch icon (a dot that appeared on the screen)
- Tap Device > Rotate Screen
- Determine if the screen rotates to each of the options (Portrait, Right, Upside Down, and Left).
If your screen rotates as expected while using Assistive Touch. Then we would recommend contacting Apple Support to get the best assistance going forward.
