iPhone12 blue : metal ring paint around camera

Within a week of use after purchase of my new iPhone 12. I noticed some strange issue, back camera metallic blue ring paint is peeling off automatically, it's started with one Dot in lower camera now slowly both camera ring paint peeling off. In India customer care executive are misguing me last from 3 month. My mobile looks like laprotic syndrome

At first it was just a dot now it's worse and i don't know how or who to contact to get this fixed. We pay a hefty huge amount for these phone's and this shouldn't happen! Apple should be ashamed of such low quality paint job.Does anyone else have this problem with their new IPhone?
