iPhone 12 color peeling off near camera within a month. Reached out to service Center as per support team and was advised that it is not under there purview. Support team is saying it’s a user issue when it is very clear that it’s an issue with the product/manufacturing. Case ID 101607706484. Please resolve.
No one here can resolve anything for you. This is a user to user only forum. We don't work for Apple. And as you have been informed, cosmetic damage is not covered by iPhone warranty.
If you don't have your phone in a protective case with a raised area above the cameras and you lay your phone down on a hard surface, exposing the camera surrounds to that surface or you keep your phone in a purse or backpack, where other objects can come in contact with the cameras, scratches and/or paint can be damaged.
