Google charging my itunes account $1.99 per month for audio all photo storage

Same as above, as Google also stated that I have 12gb left on Mt 15gb

Am I double-paying?? I see that $2.99 per month is being charged by Apple on one of my credit cards (for "storage") and $1.99 per month is being charged as well from Google One (for 100 GB of extra storage for photos/videos on my iPhone I think??) Is the first charge for extra storage in the cloud? I have a newer phone now (iPhone 13) so do I need that? Do I need to be paying for both every month? Thank you so much!

I received an email from Google that my account will be charging my iTunes account $1.99 per month for additional photo storage. In the same email they say that I have 12gb of my 15gb presently unused
